The quick biography...

Hesther de Jong Nijland was born and raised in Friesland, the Netherlands.

She studied Mixed Media at the University of the Arts in Kampen, graduating in 1998

and studied Education in Arts,
graduating in 2001. 
 

After these studies she followed courses:

Designing NCS (Natural Color System), photoshop and digital designs.

Hesther currently lives in Friesland with her husband, two children a dog and works from her artists studio in Drachten.
